Fig & Crispy Prosciutto Baked Brie for my “Just A Bite” series ep.34! It is so impressive, delicious and honestly easy. I’m baking directly in its crate, if you can’t find brie with a crate, place it in a baking dish that fits it snuggly. Hosting tip: you can assemble ahead of time, cover and keep in the fridge for 4 hours pre baking. Ingredients: * 1 wheel of brie (in crate, I’m using a 12.5 oz wheel). * 1/3 cup fig jam. * 1/2 tsp chipotle powder. * 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. * 4 oz prosciutto sli
